Cancellation Policy

Thanks for understanding that unless we are able to re-let your room; we will need to charge for it if 48 hours or less notice has been given.

This is because we have promised to keep it for you in good faith and will have therefore turned away other guests. The more nights you have booked, the more difficult it will be to re-let those rooms at short notice. So please give us as much notice as you can.

Unlike many accommodation providers, we do give a refund if we are able to re-let your room (less a small administration fee of $20).

Cancellations must be made by phone on (03) 9397 0352 between 8am and 9pm or after that by email to bookings@captainsretreat.com.au
